3:7. അങ്ങനെ തന്നേ ഭർത്താക്കന്മാരേ, നിങ്ങളുടെ പ്രാർത്ഥനെക്കു മുടക്കം വരാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു വിവേകത്തോടെ ഭാര്യമാരോടുകൂടെ വസിച്ചു, സ്ത്രീജനം ബലഹീനപാത്രം എന്നും അവർ ജീവന്റെ കൃപെക്കു കൂട്ടവകാശികൾ എന്നും ഓർത്തു അവർക്കു ബഹുമാനം കൊടുപ്പിൻ.

3:7. Husbands, in the same way, treat your wives with consideration as the weaker partners and show them honor as fellow heirs of the grace of life. In this way nothing will hinder your prayers.

3:7. In the same way, you husbands must give honor to your wives. Treat your wife with understanding as you live together. She may be weaker than you are, but she is your equal partner in God's gift of new life. Treat her as you should so your prayers will not be hindered.

3:7. Ye husbands, in like manner, dwell with your wives according to knowledge, giving honor unto the woman, as unto the weaker vessel, as being also joint-heirs of the grace of life; to the end that your prayers be not hindered.
